Silipot Silicone Spatula, Large

Silipot's Silicone Spatula is the workhorse of Korean home kitchens — a flexible, no-scratch silicone head molded over a rigid PA66 nylon core. Soft enough to scrape every last bit of batter from a mixing bowl, stiff enough to fold meringues and stir hot oil. Made in Korea by Shinsung Silicone from platinum-catalyzed silicone (BPA-free, FDA-approved).

The Large at 2.1″ wide × 11.3″ long (54 × 17 × 286 mm) is sized for big mixing bowls, sheet pans, and Dutch ovens. Heat-resistant up to 482°F, dishwasher safe, and non-porous so it won't absorb stains or odors.
